All claim information must have a physicians referral for massage if you are using personal injury insurance due to an auto accident.
The suggested gratuity for your massage therapist is the standard 15-20%.

The first visit is scheduled for a total of 70 min. 10 minutes at the beginning to allow you and the massage therapist to go over your paperwork and anything specific you want addressed.
Massages are 60/90 min in length (including dressing time).
Please arrive 5 min early so you may go to the restroom before the massage.

About Our Massage Therapist:
Neena is well trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and injury related massage. She has also been trained in pregnancy massage, sports massage, and some foot reflexology. She enjoys providing her clients with a very relaxing and healing experience.
